I have a doubt.

In the below image, I feel it should be log2 1/N not -log2 1/N. The minus sign on log2P is correct but the step before that, should be depicted as positive (log2 1/N).

For example log2 1/8 = -3 but the log 2 1/8 itself is not depicted as -log2 1/8.
